From the issuing of card, to dispensing of drugs, injection, drip, first aid, are all completely free. The workers are all been paid from the pocket of the Ukwata of Umukwata kingdom over the years, with all of the staffs on 8 hours daily shift. Health is indeed wealth but it's mostly unquantifiable, so the number of lives that have been saved by the Achiame free medical health center runs into millions of naira yearly and billions of naira if not dollars since inception. 

On many occasions, patients that were brought to the Achiame free medical center that needed operations were operated upon at the expense of the Ukwata of Umukwata kingdom silently without media publicity stunt. This free medical health center alone stands the Ukwata of Umukwata kingdom out as the greatest philanthropist of our time who continues to impact positively in the lives of countless people.
