NDOKWA NATION DESERVES SSDC (SOUTH SOUTH DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION) MD ABOVE OTHERS SAYS NDOKWA PROGRESSIVE YOUTH ASSEMBLY

The Ndokwa Progressive Youth Assembly which is one of the foremost socio-political youth group in Ndokwa/Ukwuani nation has louded President Bola Tinubu for assenting to the South South Development Commission Bill. 

The group in their general meeting held on 30th of March held in Obiaruku also called for consideration of Ndokwa/Ukwuani nation person for the managing director position. 

The wonderful people of Ndokwa/Ukwuani nation which borders the Urhobo's by Obiaruku, Umuebu, Isoko's by Onyah, Ase, Ibedeni, Ushie and Oko by Abala Osumili, Ijaws (Abari) by Asaba-Ase with vast landmass of abundant human and natural resources has remain peaceful over the decades not withstanding our marginalization without consideration to our immense contribution to the growth of the Nigeria economy.

It's an incontrovertible fact today, that the people of Ndokwa/Ukwuani nation hosts the largest independent power plant of about 1000 megawatts but has remained in darkness without light.

The people of Ndokwa/Ukwuani nation have several oil companies operating in our land which includes but not limited to Nigerian Agip Oil Company (NAOC) now OANDO, Sterling Exploration and Exploitation Company ( SEEPCO) Midwestern Oil and Gas, Pillar Oil, Energia, Seplat, Platform Petroleum Limited (PPL) and many others without commensurate development.

It's therefore imperative that Ndokwa/Ukwuani nation should be given first offer non refusal for the post of MD, South South Development Commission.
