DELTA NORTH APC MEETING: A CONVIVIAL WELCOME FROM SENATOR NED NWOKO.

Dear Delta North APC Stakeholders,

The Delta North Senatorial leadership of the All Progressive Congress (APC) Delta State chapter has scheduled its next meeting of party members for Saturday 14th June 2025, at my country home, Mount Ned Resort, Idumuje Ugboko, Aniocha North local government area. 

We can all recall that the most recent of the meeting which is rotational had earlier held at Agbor and Ndokwa/Ukwuani axis.

It is with great honour and humility and sense of responsibility that I welcome you all to this forth -coming periodic Delta North APC Stakeholders Meeting. 

First, I commend the leaders of the Party in the Senatorial District for initiating this gathering, which I understand is rotated among the three federal constituencies that make up the senatorial district, typically held once a month.

Considering that this development started before I joined the party in February 2025, and having participated in its last two editions, I am humbled to host the beginning of the second round of these meetings, to deepen the bonds that bind us in brotherhood and progressive politics.

Similarly, this gathering is symbolic being the first stakeholders meeting of the Senatorial District since the defection of the state Governor, Deputy Governor, immediate past governor and the entire PDP structure into the APC. Therefore as a reenactment of my statement on the development early in May , I consider this an opportunity to encourage our brothers and sisters towards core and sincere progressive tendencies that will engender peace, progress and attract more dividends of democracy to our people across local government areas of Delta North Senatorial District and beyond.

I restate that this meeting is not a creation of mine but of the party hierarchy in the Senatorial district, with the cooperation of the State Chairman. Thus, attendance should not be considered along the lines of sectional loyalty but to the APC under the National Leadership of H.E. Alhaji Abdullahi Ganduje CON.

As your host, I assure all attendees and members of the APC in Delta North of a peaceful, cordial and brotherly atmosphere, where deliberations will be made to give ourselves more opportunities to deliver good roads, better security for our farmers, job opportunities for our youths, water for our upland communities and social security for our elderly and needy population.

As I host and welcome Delta North Leaders and Stakeholders, I also envisage a forum to eliminate strife and see to the birth of a stronger Delta North APC, as we begin to make concrete preparations for the 2025 APC Congresses.

I look forward to hosting us all with excitement and great hope for our progress in unity.
