ANY ACTION THAT DOESN'T FOLLOW DUE PROCESS IS NULLITY; A PURPORTED CASE STUDY OF UKWUANI APC MEETING HELD IN ASABA

The newly decamped PDP members to APC in Ukwuani LGA seems to have not dropped their old habits of dragging non constitutional offices of leadership in their wanton egositic show off, backed purportedly by acclaimed monetary influence.

The new entrants into Ukwuani APC from the defunct PDP has continued with calling meeting of Ukwuani APC as they were used to be doing in their defunct PDP in another person's land. This their exhibition depicts or shows that these crop of Leaders seems to be out of touch with their people at the grassroots.

The purported APC Ukwuani LGA meeting held in Elomax in Asaba which was called not at the instance of the Ukwuani LGA APC chairman negates the constitutionality of Ukwuani LGA organ leadership of APC as stipulated by the constitution.

The said purported meeting is like a kangaroo meeting orchestrated to serve some self seeking interest and such undermines the LGA APC leadership led by the party LGA chairman.

I therefore use this opportunity to call on the leadership of Ukwuani LGA APC, Delta North Senatorial District APC and State APC executives to ensure that all those involved in this coup detat manner meeting is called to order to avoid further implosion of Ukwuani LGA APC.
