RE: DELTA NORTH RECALL SENATOR NED NWOKO.

Our attention have been drawn to a publication by one Evans Ufeli calling on Delta North Senatorial district electorates to recall Sen Ned Nwoko on the filmsy excuse of not properly engaging Ndokwa Nation in the movement by Sen Ned Nwoko to create Anioma state in the south East Geopolitical zone. Ordinarily, we won't have dignified such a new voice in Ndokwa affairs with a response, but we decided to react in order to set the record straight.
It will be recalled that the bill for the creation of Anioma state have been going through legislative processes which included public hearing at both the Senate and House of Rep levels respectively. We will like to ask Evans Ufeli if he was sleeping when the summit for the creation of Anioma state was held at Grand Hotel in Asaba on August 2024 or where was Evans Ufeli when the Public hearing for Anioma state creation was held at Akwa Ibom state and Enugu state by the Senate and in Bayelsa state by the house of Reps.
On the issue of proper consultation of Ndokwa Nation in the movement for the creation of Anioma state, it will be recalled that Sen Ned Nwoko have consulted Ndokwa Nation severally and had to visit the residence of the then President General of Ndokwa Neku Union (NNU) Brig-Gen Mike Ndubuisi (Rtd) at his Ezionium residence sometime in 2024 to consult the Ndokwa Nation.
Let's remind Evans Ufeli and his like, that there will be a referendum on the creation of Anioma state and as such they should show their popularity by actively participating in the referendum before talking about recalling the Senator.
We know and we are confident that any move by Evans Ufeli and his likes who are minorities in Ndokwa Nation to vote against the creation of Anioma state or recall Sen Ned Nwoko will both fail woefully.
We call on the wonderful, loving people of Ukwuani and Ndosumili to continue to support Sen Ned Nwoko as he is committed to bringing more dividends of democracy and should not be distracted by those pursuing their innate cum selfish ambition.
