In January, 2023, from the 13% derivation, Delta State got 38,947,411,288.44

In same year February, Delta State also got 24,789,761,942.58

In March, 2023, Delta State received 24,812,254,075.86

In April, 2023, Delta got 18,926,543,833.41

In May, 2023, Delta State got 29,675,709,354.55

In June, 2023 Delta State got 26,032,971,576.73

In July, 2023, Delta State also got 22,570,845,147.35

In August, 2023, Delta State got 11,999,501,792.53

In September, 2023, Delta State got 9,946,721,148.00

In October, 2023, Delta State received 18,335,708,592.63

In November, 2023, Delta State also received 7,500,167,063.59

So in 2023 alone, Delta State got a total of 248, 417, 957, 877. 86 from the 13% derivation.

50% of the 13% derivation is exclusive for DESOPADEC management and usage with respect to the respective ethnic nationalities percentage quota as enshrined by the laws establishing DESOPADEC.

Therefore 50% is 124, 208, 978, 938. 93 is what accrued to DESOPADEC in year 2023 from January to December alone.

My dear wonderful people of Ndokwa Nation, 9% of whatever accrued to DESOPADEC is statutorily our own until they agree to review the quantum which we have been agitating for sometime now.

Therefore, 9% of what accrued to DESOPADEC in year 2023 alone which is exclusively for Ndokwa Nation development and well being is 11,178, 808, 104. 50

Based on the above incontrovertible facts, I am giving DESOPADEC management especially the Managing Director, Festus Ochonogor, Charles Olisa and Azuka Enebeli who are occupying Ndokwa Nation slots in DESOPADEC to show us what and where they used such money for development of Ndokwa Nation within the next 21 days.

Failure to give us detailed accountability and show us commensurate development with what has accrued to Ndokwa Nation will leave us with no option but to compel the anti graft agencies to wade in swiftly.

An agency does not just become an institution by its mere creation or establishment rather it becomes an institution with you and I demanding for such agency to discharge their duties adequately and fairly.
