MY MEMOIR ON DISTINGUISHED SENATOR NED NWOKO'S FIRST APC SENATORIAL MEETING HELD AT AGBOR

After the iconic event that saw the ceremonious handing over of the broom symbol of APC to my Distinguished Senator Ned Nwoko by the current Delta State APC chairman, as a confirmation of what transpired on the floor of the senate chamber of the National Assembly, significantly expressing that the Anioma people now have a direction into their future through a new political platform.

The advent of Senator Ned Nwoko into the ALL PROGRESSIVES CONGRESS (APC) in Delta North, has heightened multiples struggle for political leadership prominence in the party, with some groups in fear of possible hijack of APC Structures.

My Distinguished Senator, having shown huge capacity to make laws not only for Anioma people, but also representing the entire Delta State in the 37 - man constitutional amendment committee of the 10th senate chamber and also heading several strategic committee in the National Assembly, would not be party to hijack. He serves as new leadership inspiration to both current and former APC leaders hoping to align or form a united front for a new APC Leadership structure in Delta North.

Is no longer news headlines in public domain, but a known fact that the entrance of Senator Ned Nwoko into APC has triggered mass resignation of members from other political parties and particularly from the PDP in Delta State, as well as mass movement of political loyalists into the APC.

My Distinguished Senator Ned Nwoko along with over 100 think-tank of support groups moved into APC, attended the senatorial district meeting as well as APC leaders occupying existing state structure and including some aggrieved members that resigned from parties recently have also pledged their loyalty to Senator Ned Nwoko leadership direction during that meeting.

The first APC senatorial meeting held on Saturday, February 22nd,.2025, at Doris Ụgbọ's Residence in Agbor, witnessed a large turnout by some prominent APC leaders from Delta North Senatorial District.

As it is now certain that a "New Delta North APC Leadership Structure" are currently being constituted to accommodate every group that hope to participate in the upcoming State, LGA, Ward and Units Congresses. The sequence of the event has explicitly confirmed coming of Distinguished Senator Ned Nwoko into the APC, has ignited the rejigging of new leadership direction in Anioma Land.

The core message to Anioma people being presented by Senator Ned Nwoko during the Delta north senatorial meeting, directed the united Anioma people to forget their diversity in personal interest and forge a new leadership direction, where a formidable Delta North Senatorial District would be privileged to pilot the APC to victory in the next general elections.

My Distinguished Senator, currently serving at upper chamber of the 10th National Assembly, in his address to party loyalists, specifically directed all loyalist to discourage factionalizing the APC Delta North, but rather choose to work together in support of the next party chairman from Delta North, instead of concentrating interest in producing the next Delta State Governor from Delta North Senatorial District.

The implications from my Distinguished Senator's statement is far reaching and more beneficial prior to the eventual creation of Anioma State, confirming the scenario true desire of the Anioma people expressed through a popular quote stated below:

"A coming together is a beginning, Keeping together is progress, Working together is success." – By Henry Ford, founder of Ford Motor Company.

At the event primarily saw the APC Delta State Chairman, Elder Shobotie, Right Honourable Ochei, Hon Ossai Nicholas Ossai and many more group leaders spoke truth to many hearts of those that attended the senatorial district meeting.

At close of the Senatorial District meeting, highlights of the closing remarks at the event also saw each representative of the three (3) federal constituencies to support the new leadership direction, just as Barr. Prosper Esegbue on behalf of the Ndokwa Ukwuani Federal Constituency, reminded the entire APC Delta State leadership of the most worrisome state of abject poverty, hunger, neglect and marginalisation currently being experienced by Ndokwa Ukwuani Constituents.

The senatorial district meeting came to end with all important note worth of the Distinguished Senator Ned Nwoko's support groups like The Movement For The Emancipation Of Anioma Nation (MEAN) The Union Of Ndokwa Progressives Mind (UNPM - Comprised of the Union Of multiple groups which includes Ndokwa Solidarity Vanguard { Ndokwa East, Ndokwa West & Ukwuani Chapters}, including several other groups, like MARC, Anioma Rights Movement, Anioma Women Solidarity Groups, Vigilant Of Ndokwa Ukwuani, We Want Ned, and many more groups supporting the Distinguished Senator were also in attendance.
